Illustration Friday: "Muddy"
This week's IF topic is "Muddy" from the following quote: Muddy water, let stand, becomes clear. ~ Lao-tzu Original sketch is below. The color version above was completed in Photoshop 7. A muddy topic with muddy colors. :)
I like both the painting and the sketch. Nice use of the lighting to create the mood. And it doesn't hurt that I like illustrations with dragons in them! :) There's a good story behind this, I'm sure.
