The recent Art Order challenge was to come up with a concept for a "log monster". I'd actually forgotten about it until I read a brief mention about it on Friday via my FB network. Came up with some sketches on Saturday, and colored the above on Sunday. It was a good way to spend the weekend. :) See other WIP's and final concepts via the Art Order blog. Congrats on winning over at Escape from Illustration Island! I was lucky enough to win the book too. Great to see your work! You have some wonderful pieces!!
